So, I've started making a list of questions I'll want to ask my host family/ies when I get to Japan, mostly about rules. I only have two so far. "Do I have/When is my curfew" and "Are there any chores you'd like me to help with?" (I translated that second one absolutely horribly. I just changed it to "What chores should I do?". If someone wants to actually offer a translation of that one, I'd appreciate it. xD; I worry that one sounds too... direct. But I was in a hurry. >.>)

What else should I ask? I'm going to go through my day and record everything I use and then see what I'll need to bring with me, maybe I should do the same with things I do, and figure out what I'd need to ask for...

Question to all the people on my flist who have lived in Japan:

The organizer of our exchange made it clear that we have to dress semi-formal for when we go to our schools to pick up our uniforms. I only have one skirt, it's semi-formal, but it falls just (an inch or two, depending on how high I have the waist) above my knees. Is that too short? I plan to buy other skirts, but those would probably be a bit more casual.

I don't want to offend anyone on my first day.

WANT TO NAP BUT WORKING ALL WEEKEND, CW DUE ON TUESDAY. NEED 3000+MORE WORDS +EDITING AND THEN 2 NEW PIECES ANY LENGTH + EDITING. AUGH WHY DO I PROCRASTINATE SO MUCH?

I am currently getting ready for my last day of high school ever.

Next year and exams don't count.

She just sent out an e-mail to me telling me not to worry about doing our next project because I'm behind and she doesn't want to stress me out too much. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I sit here on my ass saying "Oh, I should do my creative writing homework, maybe I'll start with--- oooooh the internet is shiny, what can I do to procrastinate?", and she gets rid of some of the projects for me.
